I am a genuinely passionate therapist promoting psychological principles with down to earth practical techniques clients can use everyday. I offer face to face, nature and beach walks, ‘face to face’ talk therapy and online consultation. For those seeking less commitment WhatsApp audio and messaging is also available.
I am a Danish/American born in Brussels, spending the last 12 years in Portugal and having explored life in Ukraine, Romania, England, Denmark, Spain, France and the U.S. My qualifications are an MSC. in Counselling Psychology and I’m a member of the British Psychological Society.
My therapy practice is based mainly on authentic relationships. I work with a wide variety of digital nomads, CEO’s & entrepreneurs, adolescents, creatives, retirees and those struggling with physical illness. My psychological practice is there to build a foundation of meaning and support sustainable careers and life patterns. All in all it’s about being honest and learning how to collaborate better with ourselves.

The terms "counselling, therapy & psychotherapy" are interchangeable depending on what country you are in , but the sessions I offer are one to one of ‘talk therapy’.
Please note, I am not a psychiatrist and am therefore not licensed to prescribe medication. -
A weekly session is a great place to start when beginning therapy. Generally, most patients will start with this frequency, then increase or decrease as needed.

As a therapist I have a legal obligation if I feel like a client will harm themselves or others. -
